The mother of Tristan Thompson’s oldest son has asked a court to garnish his NBA paychecks to catch up on missing or partial child support payments.
Jordan Craig is mother of Tristan’s son Prince. She is accustomed to a luxurious lifestyle that requires consistent cash flow to maintain.
In court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Jordan claims Tristan has missed or made partial payments since November 2022.
From February to July, Tristan made six payments of $14,500, with his largest payment being $29,000, in August. He only sent half of what he owed in November, paid in full the following month, and nothing in January, according to The Mail.
Jordan was forced to cut back on lavish shopping sprees and Caribbean vacations with her kids.
In September, Tristan re-signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers for a one-year contract worth a reported $3.2 million – far less than the $17 million he previously earned.
Tristan reportedly cheated on Jordan with Khloe Kardashian when Jordan was pregnant with Prince.
Khloe recently allowed Tristan to move into her Calabasas home with his special needs brother, Amari, after their mother died of a heart attack in Toronto, Canada in January. Amari has a neurological disorder and suffers from epileptic seizures.
Tristan is also father to Khloe’s daughter, True, 5, and son, Tatum, who was born on July 28, 2022.
He acknowledged fathering a son with a California woman in 2021.
