Social media influencer Draya Michele confirms she’s pregnant with NBA star Jalen Green’s baby.
This is the first child for the 22-year-old Houston Rockets star and the third for Draya, 39.
Draya and Jalen sparked dating rumors last year when they stepped out for lunch in Calabasas, California.
The rumors went into overdrive in January when she wore baggy overalls to conceal what looked like a baby bump.
However, Draya shut down the pregnancy talk in an Instagram post. “Settle down” she captioned a photo showing off her slim figure.
She also wrote: “Someone: Hey! Me: That’s enough!”
But, on Friday, Draya confirmed that the rumors are true: she is pregnant with a baby girl by the much younger NBA star.
After confirming International Women’s Day, Draya acknowledged that a woman’s purpose in life to bring life into the world.
“As women, we navigate through so much, often leading us to question, ‘What is my purpose?’ For me, the magic lies in motherhood and the awe-inspiring ability to bring life into this world over the span of two decades,” she wrote.
“It’s my superpower. And if anything can surpass the wonder of being a woman, it’s the privilege of bringing another woman into existence.”
She continued: “We are overjoyed to share our love for you, little girl. I’m am excited to speak words to the daughter I never thought I’d have. We are anxious about your arrival, but take your time — this world can be tough. But know you are being brought into a space of love, security, and adornment. #28weeks #7months #comingMay2024 #girlmom.”
Draya didn’t address the bisexual rumors surrounding her baby daddy.
Ironically, Draya’s eldest son, Kniko Howard, recently came out as gay. Kniko shared photos of himself posing with another flamboyant young man in his college dorm room.
Kniko’s absentee father, Kniko Sr., is reportedly a barber in Philadelphia.
Kniko has a younger half-brother named Jru Scandrick. Jru’s father is Draya’s ex-fiance Orlando Scandrick.
The reality TV star is best known as a cast member of “Basketball Wives: L.A.” She also appeared in an episode of “Real Husbands of Hollywood.”
In addition to Orlando, Draya has been linked to Chris Brown, Jay Z, Nas, Tyrod Taylor, Ryan Henry and more.
