Jennifer Hudson’s work is entering a new phase. The new EGOT has joined daytime TV, following in the path of fellow American Idol alum Kelly Clarkson. With the new show comes a lot of new energy and love, and it looks like Hudson’s reported new boyfriend is making it clear how proud he is of his lady.
If Common and Jennifer Hudson are dating, they could be like the king and queen of Chicago. The two people from Illinois were recently seen getting close while filming the sci-fi movie Breathe in Philadelphia. Hudson has only been linked to David Otunga, a WWE wrestler and actor who used to be her husband. Common, on the other hand, just broke up with Tiffany Haddish after a relationship that left the Girls Trip star in shambles.
Common has a pension plan for very famous women. In the past, Serena Williams, Angela Rye, and Erykah Badu have all been linked to this plan. Right now, he can’t stop talking about Jennifer Hudson. He went on social media to show how excited he was about this new step in her work. On September 12, Hudson’s show first aired. In a post from the day of the opening, Common said that Jennifer looked “amazing” and “pure” when she went on stage for the first time. “Congratulations, @iamjhud! The Jennifer Hudson shows are here! From up there, you looked great. So clean. So True. And very, very emotional. And, most importantly, so Chicago! YES YES. Chicago never stops! Blessings!”
Fans jumped into the comments to praise Common for being so honest about how he helped Hudson. “Thank you, Common, for paying tribute to this lovely Queen.” Even though most of the internet doesn’t know about the couple yet, one person did share a picture of them hugging at a Chicago community event in August. The two look very happy to be with each other as they wear similar shirts and pose for photos with people.
Their movie Breathe is set to come out in theaters next year. Milla Jovovich, Quvenzhané Wallis, and Sam Worthington are also in it. “Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee of Thunder Road Films, along with Christian Mercuri of Capstone”, are in charge of making the movie.
