Vanessa Estelle Williams, or Vanessa “A” Williams as many of us know her, was always a beautiful women. But did you know she was 60 years young?
That’s right – the actress best known fro playing Keisha in the 1990s hit movie New Jack City – turned the big 6-0 last year, and she may look better now, than she ever did.
Yesterday, Media Take Out caught up with Vanessa at the premiere event for the anthology series “Genius: MLK/X”, hosted by National Geographic and all we can say is wow … just wow.
Vanessa is an American actress and producer. She is best known for her roles as Maxine Joseph–Chadway in the Showtime drama series, Soul Food (2000–04), for which she received NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series and as Nino Brown’s feisty gun moll, Keisha in the 1991 crime drama film, New Jack City. Williams is also known for her role as Anne-Marie McCoy in the first and fourth of the Candyman films, and as Rhonda Blair in the first season of the Fox prime time soap opera, Melrose Place (1992–93).
