Court documents obtained by PEOPLE reveal that Bonet filed for the dissolution of their marriage, citing irreconcilable differences and listing their date of separation as October 7, 2020.
In the divorce filing, Bonet has requested joint custody of their children and has not sought spousal support from either party.
Lisa Bonet, aged 56, and Jason Momoa, aged 44, are parents to two children: 16-year-old daughter Lola and 15-year-old son Nakoa-Wolf.
