According to The U.S. Sun, a New Jersey judge decided that after Williams and Hunter’s divorce is finalized in January 2020, Williams’s “financial guardian will not have to keep sending Hunter alimony checks”. At that time, Hunter was given regular payments and a 50/50 share of the money from the sale of a mansion in Livingston, New Jersey that they had once owned together. The judge said that Hunter’s request to keep getting alimony after the checks stopped coming in February 2022 was “not urgent,” and he also said that the judge should “dismiss the application without prejudice.”

The U.S. Sun has more information below. We have to warn you, it gets pretty bad:

“In his paperwork, Kevin told the court that the payments, which were agreed upon in their divorce deal, are his only way to make a living.

“I haven’t paid most of my bills on time. I live in a neighborhood where I have to pay a bill to the homeowners association, but I’m behind on that bill.

Kevin told the court that if the homeowners association fees aren’t paid, the home he shares with his baby mama and their love child will soon be put up for sale.

Since I haven’t been getting my monthly severance payouts, my car insurance hasn’t been paid.

Kevin went on to say in his file, “I’m behind on credit card payments because I have no money since the severance payments were stopped.”

“Since the plaintiff stopped making payments as agreed in our settlement agreement, my life has changed a lot.”

If that didn’t make you cringe, Hunter, age 50, also says that he doesn’t have health insurance, which is another reason why he should keep getting alimony. He also said that a needed hip surgery that gives him “daily pain” would be too expensive for him to pay for without those checks. He told the court, “The fact that I can’t live and pay my bills is very important to me.” I can’t pay my bills and take care of myself day-to-day.”

Could we ask: who’s to blame?!

Wendy’s lawyer gave a pretty reasonable answer, saying that the troubled talk show host hasn’t had a source of income since her contract for The Wendy Williams Show was canceled in October 2021. In short, where does he think she will get the regular money to pay him? At the 2023 Red Dress Collection show, our good sister Tisha Campbell told us, “How can you give to anyone when your well is dry?
