A few weeks ago, Alaya High, whose age is only 11, went viral as she raps about her favorite jewelry brand called Alex and Ani. Alaya also has an artist name That Girl Lay Lay, which is more popular than her original name.
The video dubbed “It Was A Good Day” instrumental was initially shared on Instagram and has received over 240k views. @Thatgirllaylay has over 1.3 million followers on Instagram.
After her video went viral, the jewellery brand itself offered her to be their brand ambassador and a new marketing deal. Everyone is in love with her lyrics she created and sang, obviously, her campaign became a successful one with the brand Alex and Ani.
