Chrisean Rock is facing prison time. Media Take Out reported two months ago, the reality starlet attacked a member of Tamar Braxton’s tour, by punching him in the face – while wearing sharp rings.
Well Chrisean is in serious trouble. Media Take Out learned that she is set to be arraigned on assault and battery charges for allegedly assaulting James Wright at Tamar Braxton’s show.
Tamar’s former tour manager LeTroy Davis was first to speak out about the alleged assault, which Tamar and James confirmed soon after.
Chrisean is accused of attacking James, with her rings on, causing him to have to get his teeth fixed.
California prosecutors have now officially been charged with two crimes, assault with a deadly weapon and battery.
The lower charge is California Penal Code §242 PC defines the crime of battery as the “willful and unlawful use of force or violence” on another person, even if it does not cause injury or actual pain. Simple battery is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months in jail and fines of up to $1000.00.
But the other charge is much more serious. It’s also a misdemeanor assault, but with a deadly weapon. But that charge carries a penalty of up to 1 year in jail and fines of up to $1000.00
