Lori Harvey Claims ‘Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man’ Was Embedded In Her Brain Following Breakup From Michael B. Jordan

Lori Harvey has become a source of admiration for some women today. Her seemingly unapologetic approach to navigating relationships has earned her a substantial following. Notably, there are fans who appreciate Lori Harvey’s charisma and allure.

For many observers, Lori Harvey’s actions may be seen as embodying the adage “love them and leave them alone.” However, one could argue that she is following in the footsteps of her stepfather, Steve Harvey, known for his advice to “Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man.”

Recently, Steve Harvey, the renowned veteran comic and Daytime Emmy Award-winner, shared some valuable advice with his Twitter followers: “You Only Accept What You Think You Deserve.” He emphasized the significance of this message by urging his audience to read it again. This wisdom did not go unnoticed, with one fan acknowledging, “And this is why Lori Harvey accepts only what she wants; you may not see it, but she does.”

While Megan Thee Stallion popularized the concept of being a “savage,” characterized as “classy, bougie, and ratchet,” Lori Harvey also seems to embody this attitude. Lori’s list of romantic partners includes men that many people could only dream of dating, from Lewis Hamilton to Sean “Diddy” Combs, Trey Songz, Future, and even PEOPLE’s “Sexiest Man Alive,” Michael B. Jordan. Despite her high-profile relationships, Lori Harvey has managed to walk away unscathed and unbothered, living and thriving.

The relationship between Lori Harvey and Michael B. Jordan began as early as November 2020, with speculations and reports circulating due to their public appearances. Confirmation of their relationship came a few months later, and during that time, everything seemed blissful. Steve Harvey even appeared to approve, albeit with his signature style of humor. However, just as the relationship appeared to be heading in a serious direction, it came to an abrupt end, with reports that both parties were “completely heartbroken.”

However, it seemed that the heartbreak was more one-sided when observing their social media activity. Following their split, there was no trace of Michael B. Jordan on Lori Harvey’s social media, while Lori was seen enjoying her life. In contrast, Michael B. Jordan seemed to remove any references to their relationship from his own social media.

Lori Harvey had the advantage of direct guidance from Steve Harvey, which undoubtedly played a role in her approach to relationships. While the world has access to the same lessons from Steve Harvey, it’s different when you receive that guidance directly. Lori has referred to her parents as her “couple goals,” citing their 15-year marriage and how they raised their children as an inspiration. Additionally, she mentioned that Steve Harvey’s mantra to “Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man” has been ingrained in her since a young age. Lori Harvey shared some of the best dating advice she’s received from her father, emphasizing that she should remember herself as the prize and make potential partners put in effort.

Lori Harvey is referencing Steve Harvey’s self-help book from 2009, titled “Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man: What Men Really Think About Love, Relationships, Intimacy, and Commitment.” This book aimed to provide insights to women on understanding the male perspective when navigating romantic relationships. The book’s popularity even led to a film adaptation in 2012, titled “Think Like A Man.” The movie featured a star-studded ensemble cast, including Kevin Hart, Meagan Good, Taraji P. Henson, Michael Ealy, and more. The success of the first film led to a sequel, “Think Like A Man Too,” which was released two years later.
