‘RHOA’ Star Eva Marcille Settles Divorce From Michael Sterling, Declines Support And Keeps $1 Million Home

Eva Marcille, ex cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta, has finalized her divorce proceedings with Michael Sterling, without seeking any form of spousal support.

The settlement agreement, dated August 3rd, has been obtained by RadarOnline.com.

This follows Eva’s filing for divorce from Michael on March 29th, with their marriage, which took place on October 7, 2018, being described as “irretrievably broken” by her, ruling out any potential for reconciliation.

The pair share three children: Michael Sterling Jr., Maverick Sterling, and Marley Sterling.

Marley Sterling was born during Eva’s previous relationship with Kevin McCall.

Under the terms of the agreement, both individuals have relinquished their claims to alimony or spousal support.

Furthermore, Eva made no request for child support from Michael.

Financial records indicate that both individuals earn upwards of $30,000 monthly.

“The parties agree that each has ample income and assets to support the Children in their respective homes. Accordingly, the parties agree that neither shall pay direct child support to the other.”

The two worked out a private custody arrangement.

Both were awarded their own respective bank and retirement accounts.

Recently the actress went viral after posting pictures of herself on Instagram.

We reported that Eva had to turn off the comments reminding people to be kind as they began to comment on her appearance.

She acknowledged one comment reminding followers to “please remember Chadwick and watch what you say.

Showing love is easier than spewing negativity,” which she co-signed with a heart hands emoji.
